How childcare leave entitlement works

MOM states that eligible working parents of Singapore citizen children below 7 get 6 days of paid childcare leave per year. Parents of non-citizen children can get 2 days under the Employment Act. Singapore citizen children between 7 and 12 may qualify for 2 days of extended childcare leave.
