How paid sick leave entitlement works

MOM states that employees are entitled to paid outpatient and hospitalisation leave after at least 3 months of service, with pro-rated entitlement from 3 to 6 months and full entitlement of 14 outpatient days and 60 hospitalisation days from 6 months.
