Using CapySuite
CapySuite provides software for business operations, chat-assisted workflows, workspace data review, and related products including OpenClaw. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to act for the organization, workspace, or account you connect.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, the decisions you make in the product, and the actions taken from your account.
Accounts & access
- Keep sign-in links, sessions, and connected accounts secure.
- Only invite or authorize people who should access the relevant workspace.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account, chat channel, or integration has been compromised.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for user access, connected integrations, and organization settings.
Data & integrations
CapySuite and OpenClaw can connect to third-party systems such as chat platforms, file storage, email, calendars, accounting systems, payment processors, and cloud providers. You must have the right to connect each account and to let the service process the resulting data.
Read-only connectors are intended to search, retrieve, summarize, and answer questions from connected data. They do not give CapySuite permission to modify source files, mail, calendars, or records unless a separate feature clearly asks you to approve a write action.
AI-assisted output
Some features use AI to classify, summarize, draft, search, reconcile, or recommend next steps. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You should review output before relying on it for customer commitments, accounting treatment, legal obligations, payment decisions, or operational action.
Billing & trials
Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and payment methods are handled through the billing flow shown in the product. Stripe may process payment details for us.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, subscription fees are billed in advance and access may pause if a trial ends, payment fails, or a subscription is cancelled.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law, violate rights, send spam, or access systems without authorization.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, tenant boundaries, or integration safeguards.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or provide the service to others as a competing hosted product without written permission.
- Do not upload or connect data you are not allowed to process through the service.
Availability & changes
We may improve, suspend, or change features as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every integration will remain available if a third-party provider changes its API, terms, or access requirements.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. CapySuite is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, payment institution, or regulated financial adviser. Product output is software assistance, not professional advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapySuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. We will try to resolve concerns informally first; unresolved disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
